Nicole's farmhouse is a fantastic chalet in a secluded location, with a magnificent view over the Hohe Tauern. Everything in the house is so tastefully and stylishly furnished, with a great mix of old unique pieces and modern elements. The room from the 17th century is a real gem, this is how you imagine a farmhouse to be. We slept wonderfully in very, very good beds. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, nothing is missing. 3 terraces around offer unimaginably beautiful views over the surrounding mountains. Just a few meters away is the middle station of the Panorama Bahn, which takes you to the Kitzbühler Alps, an ideal skiing and hiking area. Nicole was always available quickly to answer any questions and also gave us good tips for things to do. We can only warmly recommend the house, a house with soul and history.

Wunderschönes Chalet mit historischen Charakter. 200 Jahre alte Stube, perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Super gelegen für Ski In/Ski out. Lift ist keine 200 Meter entfernt. Schwierig im tiefsten Winter mit Auto zu erreichen. Allrad oder Schneeketten sind erforderlich.

Amazing home at an amazing spot. You don’t need any more than this view. If you do, the beautiful home has everything to make you feel comfortable. And if you still need more the slopes are a 2mins walk by skiboot-foot. Nicole was lovely and made sure we had everything to enjoy our stay. Great architecture!

This place is beyond spectacular. Built in 1703! There is amazing craftsmanship throughout the home from ceiling to floor. There is a hot sauna, a pond out back with a fire pit. A fireplace inside the house as well. A beautiful kitchen with a large selection of teas and coffee options. Big bedrooms. Laundry room. Netflix available in the living room. It is walking distance to the first gondola although we drove down the driveway and parked in the lot so not to walk in our ski boots but it is possible. There are also great restaurants within walking distance. My favorite was Sunnseit. Family owned, chef oriented and delicious. The Berghotel Breitmoos is also good as is the Mooralm. You can rent skis under the gondola which is 2 minutes from the house. Can’t recommend this place enough. Really special home.

Nestled in the Austrian mountains near Kitzbühel, the hideaway stay was a tranquil escape. The cozy chalet offered breathtaking views, and the crisp mountain air provided a refreshing retreat from city life. The serene atmosphere, coupled with local hospitality and the good communication with the manager, made it an unforgettable experience. The house was very clean. Dining in the antique Tyrolian parlor was magnificent. We enjoyed the close by gondola for skiing in the first snow of the year in the world-famous skiing area. No car needed 😊 Hiking directly from the house to little waterfalls was beautiful also. I highly recommend this hideaway and we will definitely be back again soon.
